As the manager of Dean Spears Investments, LLC, he managed a diverse $85M real estate portfolio across Utah and Missouri, with a focus on multi-family residential properties. Andrew's strategic approach involves developing and transforming properties with untapped potential, exemplified by his successful development of 30 units in Missouri and the growth of his portfolio to 630 units.

As the owner and managing partner of a $85M portfolio generating over $5M in gross rents annually, Andrew's expertise extends to financial modeling, underwriting valuations, and risk assessment, showcasing his commitment to delivering exceptional results in the commercial multi-family real estate sector.

Melissa Forbush's journey is a testament to her unwavering determination and multifaceted expertise. As a mother of four, she fearlessly transitioned into the multifamily real estate sector while nurturing her passion for education and service.

In her role as Managing Member and VP of Investor Relations she played a pivotal role in deploying over $100 million in capital, resulting in a remarkable fourfold increase in assets under management, surpassing $400 million equating to a portfolio of 3,700+ units across six states. Within a 3 year span, her strategic vision assisted in acquiring 17 properties and successfully navigating the full cycle of 10 properties.

Under her leadership, two $30 million funds were started and $118 million was generated in equity for passive investors. Melissa's commitment to financial excellence is reflected in maintaining an average annual rate of return of 38.02% for her passive investors. Her strategic direction ensures that every dollar deployed signifies a sound partnership between passive investors and the management team.

With a robust background in Real Estate, Cameron Ketch is well-positioned to excel in the role of Operations Manager. Comfortable working with professional clients and leveraging Cameron's experience as an investor, he recognizes the paramount importance of maintaining an impeccable reputation and representing the organization with strength and honesty.

Throughout his career, Cameron has honed creative thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Recognizing that people and teams are key drivers of success, he has consistently focused on building solid relationships with peers, executive leadership, clients, vendors, and other business stakeholders. Cameron's "Figure it Out" attitude drives him to seek solutions.

Possessing strong financial, budgeting, and management skills, Cameron is a crucial part of the Acacia team. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge particularly in acquisitions and development. Additionally, Cameron completed a Master of Real Estate Development at the University of Utah in the fall of 2023.
